The Xerox DocuMate 6440 is powered by Visioneer® OneTouch® technology to scan documents instantly to one of nine preset, yet completely configurable destinations. Visioneer OneTouch takes control of your document management workflows and scans in data using the optimal settings for resolution, color, duplex, auto-crop, auto-straighten and file format, and then delivers it to virtually any application, folder or device at the touch of a button.

Integrated Passport Scanning Solution
The new Xerox Passport Scanner Accessory provides secure, integrated scanning of passports, ID cards and other small documents. This B6 flatbed scanner scans a 2-page passport in under 2 seconds and features a convenient independent control panel for easy scanning. Visioneer’s TWAIN DriverPLUS lets the user handle the 6440 and Passport Scanner Accessory as a single combo scanner, or as 2 separate devices.
