Scans Stuck at 80%
Goal:
To fix the problem where scanning progress in OneTouch will halt at 80%
Step 1: Restart OneTouch
- a. Exit OneTouch by right clicking on the OneTouch Icon in the bottom right of your taskbar and selecting Exit.
- b. Refer to the “Start OneTouch Procedure” knowledge base article to launch OneTouch again.
- c. Run a test scan.
Step 2: If your scans are still stuck at 80%, try repairing your scanner’s driver and OneTouch.
- a. Refer to the “Repairing Driver and OneTouch” knowledge base article.
- b. Run a test scan.
Step 3: If issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling using our Removal Tools.
- a. Refer to the “Uninstall with Removal Tools” knowledge base articles.
- b. Run a test scan after reinstalling driver and software.
