Scans Stuck at 80%

Goal:

To fix the problem where scanning progress in OneTouch will halt at 80%


Step 1: Restart OneTouch

  1. a. Exit OneTouch by right clicking on the OneTouch Icon in the bottom right of your taskbar and selecting Exit.
  1. b. Refer to the “Start OneTouch Procedure” knowledge base article to launch OneTouch again.
  1. c. Run a test scan.

Step 2: If your scans are still stuck at 80%, try repairing your scanner’s driver and OneTouch.

  1. a. Refer to the “Repairing Driver and OneTouch” knowledge base article.
  1. b. Run a test scan.

Step 3: If issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling using our Removal Tools.

  1. a. Refer to the “Uninstall with Removal Tools” knowledge base articles.
  1. b. Run a test scan after reinstalling driver and software.
