Step 1: Click on the search bar on the bottom right of your taskbar and type “Control Panel.”

Step 2: Click “View devices and printers.“

Step 3: Right click on your scanner and select “Scan Properties.”

Step 4: Go to the “Driver Settings” tab.

Step 5: 5. Check the box next to “Use default WIA UI” and select OK.

Step 6: Now Double Click on your scanner in Devices and Printers.

Step 7: Select “Start Scanning.”

Step 8: The WIA driver should pop up to scan.

Step 1: Click on the Windows icon on the bottom left of your taskbar and select “Devices and Printers.”

Step 2: Double click on your scanner (Make sure that it is plugged in and powered on).

Step 3: Click on “Scanner Properties.”

Step 5: Check the box next to “Use default WIA UI” and select OK.

Step 6: The WIA driver should pop up to scan.
