Repairing Driver and OneTouch
Goal:
To repair the scanner driver and OneTouch software
Windows 10 only:
Step 1: Right click on the Windows icon on the bottom left of your task bar and go to settings.
Step 2: Select Apps and Features.
Step 3: Find your scanner driver: Xerox (model scanner) Driver or Visioneer (model scanner) Driver.
Step 4: Left click on it and select modify.
Step 5: In the pop up window, select repair.
Step 6: Repeat these steps for OneTouch 4.6.
Note: If you get the message about a CD Rom while trying to repair, you must install the driver or software from our website to be able to repair.
Windows 10 and 7:
Step 1: Left click on the windows icon on the bottom left of your taskbar.
Step 2: Either click on Control Panel (Windows 7) or type in Control Panel and select it (Windows 10).
Step 3: Select Programs and then Programs and Features.
Step 4: Find your scanner driver: Xerox (model scanner) Driver or Visioneer (model scanner) Driver
Step 5: Right click on it and select repair.
Step 6: Repeat for OneTouch 4.6.
Note: If you get the message about a CD Rom while trying to repair, you must install the driver or software from our website to be able to repair.
