Questions Marks on OneTouch Function Icons

To fix the issue where Question Marks appear on the OneTouch function icons
If you are seeing question marks as the OneTouch Function Icons like the screenshot above, try uninstalling and reinstalling your scanner’s driver and OneTouch software using our Removal Tools.
