Goal:

To check the scan count on a scanner with a Mac computer

Step 1: Open Visioneer Scan Utility

Step 2: Select your scanner

Step 3: Click “Setup” on the top left.

Step 4: Go to the “Information” tab.

Step 5: Here you can see the different scan counts for you scanner. (Can vary depending on the model scanner you have).

Step 6: You can also reset the pad and roller scan count here if needed. (For tracking or after cleaning/replacing roller or ADF pad)
