Goal:

To scan multiple pages into a single pdf file on a Windows Computer

Step 1: Open OneTouch on the bottom right of your taskbar.

Step 2: If prompted, select the scanner that is connected to your PC.

Step 3: Right click on the Scan icon. (Or, for mobile scanners, the Paper In icon)

Step 4: In the OT properties window, uncheck the box next to “create single image files.” You should be set to scan multiple pages into a single PDF file.”
