Setting up Transfer to Storage

Goal:

To set up Transfer to Storage on our computer


Step 1: Open OneTouch on the bottom right of your taskbar.

Step 2: If prompted, select the scanner that is connected to your PC.

Step 3: Right click on the Scan icon. (Or Paper In for mobile scanners)

Step 4: Make sure that “Transfer to Storage” is selected under “Select Destination.”

Step 5: You can edit the Transfer to Storage options by hitting the Properties button.

Step 6: Change the storage location using the browse button. There is also an option to choose a storage location with every scan job.

Step 7: Click on apply and okay on the storage options page, and apply and okay in the properties page.

Step 8: Your scans should save directly to the folder specified or prompt you for the destination folder if you have selected that option.
