Unhandled/Unknown Error
Goal:
To solve the Unhandled/Unknown error
Step 1: When you get an unhandled/unknown error and restarting your PC and scanner does not work, please try uninstalling your scanner’s driver and OneTouch using our Removal Tools.
- a. Refer to the “Uninstall with Removal Tools” knowledge base article.
Step 2: If you are still experiencing unhandled/unknown errors, try using the scanner at a different computer.
- a. If the errors follow the scanner, then it may be an issue with the scanner itself.
